Meet Christina Frisco Milde:

With extensive Recruiting and Talent Development expertise spanning Fortune 100 companies and smaller enterprises, I've successfully navigated numerous career transitions, ranging from shifts between companies and teams to adapting to diverse leadership styles. Along my journey, I've had the privilege of personally guiding hundreds of candidates through the interview process and supporting employees in their professional growth. My passion lies in assisting others in discovering their potential and finding a job that fulfills them. 

I've served as a coach for individuals from diverse backgrounds and roles, including Business Operations, HR, IT, Marketing, Procurement, Product Development, Sales, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Telecom, and more. My coaching experience spans professionals at various levels, from college students to Senior Management.

My educational background includes a bachelor's degree from George Mason University and a Masters in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University. Professionally, I've primarily worked in the tech industry, contributing to companies such as Verizon, Bank of America, Honeywell, Red Hat, and various smaller firms. 

Outside of work: 

I am a located in Randolph, NJ with my husband and our fur babies (Kevin the dog and his two cat sisters Piper & Riley). In my spare time I love reading, dog training, traveling, discovering charming Airbnbs, swimming at the beach and skiing in the mountains.
